The Real Estate Transaction Process ​As I write my first blog post I thought it best to start off by sharing a picture of the Real Estate Transaction Process. I loved this picture as soon as I saw it—it's my background in engineering and business systems but more because it is so concise and informative. Courtesy of Shaker.io, this picture shows the different steps of a real estate transaction under each of the stakeholders i.e., seller/buyer/lender and illustrates how some of these steps happen in parallel.  ​ Knowing what the other parties involved in the transaction might be working on through the course of the transaction, helps better coordinate negotiations and plan for a smooth closing.
